WEC's Riding School Director & Equestrian Instructor  

​

Elena is a lifetime horse enthusiast with experience in riding, teaching and horse artistry.  

 

She has 30+ years of riding experience including training and showing in English equitation and Hunter with local trainers and her own horses.

 

She now uses classical dressage and natural horsemanship to enhance the experience for horse and rider.

 

Elena most enjoys helping beginners get a confident start and returning riders regain their passion.

 

It's never too late to get back up there!

WEC's International Team of trainers includes 5 Nationalities: US, Germany, Sweden, England and Spain.

Dressage lover from Sweden with experience bringing horses up the levels from scratch to FEI.

  • Competition experiences up to FEI.

  • Young rider at Pony Championships. 

  • Attended High School at Sweden's National Equestrian Academy.

  • Worked with multiple Swedish Grand Prix riders as a groom and rider.

  • Started Riding at age 6.

Passionate Bristish Dessage rider with understanding of horses' minds and their abilities,

  • Graduated at the Royal School of Equestrian Arts (Spain).

  • Received training from Olympic and Grand Prix trainers.

  • Ridden horses from Intro to Grand Prix levels.

  • Participate in Dressage competitions and Alta Escuela Exhibitions.

  • Special talent starting horses under saddle.

  • Started Riding at age 4.

Over 30 years of riding experience and Instruction emphasizing horsemanship with strong fundamentals, while pursuing the goal of a confident rider.

 

  • Hunter/Jumper, Eventing 

  • Use of Dressage as the core of all of the disciplines.  

  • Trained with highly accomplished riders including Olympians.

  • Competition experience

  • Fundamentals to help a rider handle the challenges as well as the enjoyment of riding horses.

  • Experience in Eventing.

  • Worked with Grand Prix Trainers as a groom and rider

  • Started Riding at age 9
